Your Place

The "Your Place" Displaced Homemaker/Single Parent Program provides classes for individuals in transition (men & women) who must support themselves and their families due to any of the following: divorce, separation, single parenthood, death of a spouse, disability of a spouse, or unemployment or underemployment of a spouse.  (See the eligibility form to see if you qualify) 

"Your Place" can helps individuals adjust to new life situations and assist with college retention. Classroom instruction provides encouragement and support including Career Development, Personal and Human Relations, and Resource Management. Tailored curricular resources including, "Your Place" Facilitators Manual  and Broken Wings Fly are used as part of the classroom instruction. 

In addition to the ample resources provided by "Your Place", free counseling services are available to all students.
