SSCC Web Update Request

Please review the following information for an overview of the request process and specific tips on preparing and submitting your request.


 

Web Update Request Process  

  1. A completed request form must accompany each request. Requests without this form or forms missing any information to complete the request will not be processed.


  2. Items not submitted with the initial request must be submitted as separate requests.


  3. Completion time may vary with the scope and complexity of your request and time required to review and assess the materials.

 

How to Submit Your Request

  1. Fill out the Web Update Request Form (PDF).


  2. Click on the "Submit by Email" button located on top right corner of form.


  3. Send the automatically generated email to the Webmaster, including corresponding attachment(s).


  4. Note: The "Print Form" button or your browser's “Save As” function may be used to save a copy of the request for your own records.

 

Submission Tips

  1. Be sure your content is finalized and approved prior to submission.


  2. Clearly indicate whether each content item is to be deleted, edited or added. 


  3. Reference each page URL. For example, http://www.sscc.edu/Admissions/transferring_to_SSCC.htm, rather than the "transfer page".  Copying the page URL from your browser works best.


  4. Please make sure your request is explicit. Avoid using inside references or industry terms since others may not understand your instructions.


  5. For listings, tables, etc. please send edits only - if you send a complete listing or table, indicate changes in red.

 

Special Instructions:

 

If you find the space is not enough to complete your update please create a new Word doc and put as much detail as you can with in the document.

 

Also please make sure you label the subject line of your email as Web Update Request.
