| Serving as a cultural resource center, educational gathering place, and working facility for the collection and exhibition of Appalachian heritage, the Appalachian Gateway Center is truly a multifaceted facility. The Center houses a gift shop, art gallery, meeting room, and art studio. The lobby offers display space for Appalachian culture and arts. Used by both the College and the general public for meetings, exhibits, presentations, events, and productions, the Appalachian Gateway Center is a place to meet those who are interested in the arts, history, environment, and celebration of the Appalachian region culture. |

Unique Facility
Designed to seat up to three hundred people, the Center is a great place for a variety of events such as banquets and meetings. The Center also has a host of amenities that make it suitable for most occasions. A projection system, sound system, Walker art display system, and a catering kitchenette make the Appalachian Gateway Center the ideal location for community events.
