Highland County Society for Children & Adults, Inc. - Betty Collins  Scholarship

Eligibility:  Applicant must be a resident of Highland County, have taken the ACT or SAT if required, and have a disability or have a parent, sibling, or child with a disability.   

Criteria: Applicants must have at least a 2.0 GPA.  

Scholarship: Funds depending on funding availability.
