Tech-Prep Scholarship

General Requirements:  Trustees Scholarships are granted by the Board of Trustees of Southern State Community College to encourage worthy students to pursue their academic careers at the college.  Except as noted, Trustees Scholarships require that the student enroll for and complete a minimum of twelve (12) credit hours each quarter.  Additional requirements are listed below.  Students are strongly advised to seek the help of a faculty advisor before selecting a program scholarship rather than other scholarships for which they may be eligible.

Partial or full scholarships are available for full-time students.  Applicants may be interviewed and recommended by the Tech Prep faculty advisor.  Eligibility is based upon being enrolled in an eligible, approved Tech-Prep program and continuing with Southern State in the same area of concentration.
