Present: Dr. Cronan, S. Stout, K. Newby, M. Snyder

Program Locations

The campus is locations of programs were discussed. The need to coordinate course offerings was discussed. Fall and summer schedules should be out before April 30.

Budgets for next year

At this point, no more than a 3% increase is expected in any budget with reduction or level funding in some budgets.

If additional funds become available later in the year, original budget requests can be used to increase budgets.

Implementation of new facilities rental policy was discussed. Auditing of academic transcripts for North Central requirements.

May 25- Fayette- 2PM

June-29- North- 2PM

August 31- South- 2PM

Sept. 28- Central-2PM

Meeting thereafter-

4^th Friday of each month except July and December at 2PM in the following location rotation: Fayette, North, South, Central
