Nominations of Bill Horne for chair, Terry Flum Vice chair, and Brenda Tilton secretary All elected.

 

Minutes from May motion to approve Tom Stroup second Terry Flum. Approved

Minutes from September motion to approve Tom Stroup second Jeff Ladrach. Approved.

 

Bill Horne handed out curriculum committee procedures manual and board of regents manual.

 

Old Business

 

I.                    Articulation agreement with UC-College of Applied Science in Chemical Technology Approved with the use of a cover sheet.

 

II.                 Articulation agreement with Shawnee State University in Plastics Technology approved after discussion about chemistry requirements and pre-engineering at some point.

 

III.               ENDS 237 Plant and Facility Design. Approved after discussion about prerequisites and overview of who would take the course.

 

IV.              FLNG 220 Intermediate American Sign Language I

FLNG 221 Intermediate American Sign Language II

                  FLNG 222 Intermediate American Sign Language III

                  This is being offered as a 199 course now, discussion held of why we need

                  the course and where it would be offered. Approved with condition that we

Pass rates in A DN program for nursing are down, these fees are for a program of remediation from Assessment Technologies Institute. The programs help the nursing students go back and retest on the material they had trouble with first time around. Fees are for the book and test that are done on the computer.
