-         We should establish release time for shows and performances in Fine Arts instructor’s fundamental job expectations

-         We should require more instructional emphasis on business and entrepreneurial skills for students

-         We should establish and advertise scholarships in art, theater and music

-         Credentials for adjunct faculty should be constantly reviewed

-         We should examine the possibility of having exchange programs with other schools

-         Cross-curricular instruction among SSCC departments

-         We should include the rotation schedule for electives in the college catalog

-         Drop dates for students (should it be revised)

-         Grading system (should we have a system of + and -?

-         Writing samples for student placement (don’t require it)

-         Review our system of advising
