Present: Louie Mays, Virginia Ferguson, Dennis Griffith, Carol Callahan, Josh Montgomery, Doug McKay, Dr. Cronan (presiding)

The group reviewed the draft of the academic technology plan and suggested several additions and other changes.

It was agreed that Dr. Cronan will incorporate the changes and send the final draft out for the TLTR membership to review again.

The group agreed to add monitoring pages for each recommendation in the plan. It was also agreed that Dr. Cronan and the other administrators will present the plan to the administrative staff for review and revision this summer and that in September the faculty members of TLTR will present the plan to the general faculty for their revisions and other input.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 12:40 p.m.
