Facilitated
Campus Meetings
As
part of the effort to include as many diverse perspectives as
possible in the strategic planning process, the campus meetings were
coordinated to give interested parties the opportunity to begin
brainstorming goals that link to the strategic priorities which were
identified in the strategic planning survey.
The purpose of having these meetings facilitated was to ensure that
the conversations stayed focused on the objective of the meeting and
to allow all points of view to be heard in a non-threatening
environment.
The
campus meetings allowed the Council to hear not only about specific
campus needs but also all encompassing ideas that would help the
institution achieve the strategic priorities. These meetings
were open to the entire campus community, including students.
A graphic summary of the input gathered during the campus meetings
