The Southern Ohio Center of
Excellence (SOCOE) is a regional non-profit college access
program. Its propose is to identify state and national education
resources as it collaborates with local partners to disburse
information. The mission of SOCOE is to increase the number of
collage attendants in the Regional Center service area entering
and successfully completing two and four year degrees,
certifications, and apprenticeships.
