Want to get involved? Southern State supports several clubs and organizations that, in turn, support you. And you, in turn, support your community by getting involved. So, come on, join up and have fun!

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)—PTK is a national honor society for community college students who maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Its primary mission is to recognize and reward academic achievement.

Respiratory Care Club (RCC)—The RCC exists to educate the public on respiratory illnesses and diseases. It also raises funds for Respiratory Care students.

Student Government Association (SGA)—The purpose of the SGA is to provide representation of the student body on all campuses by pursuing social, political, academic and administrative initiatives.

REACH—A student-formed service organization, Resources Effectively Advocating Community Help (REACH) was created in the spirit of volunteerism.
