Women's Volleyball - Meet the Coaches

Bruce Davis - Head Coach

Coach Davis has been part of Southern State's Athletic Department team for several years.  This will be Coach Davis' 2nd year as Head Coach for the Women's Volleyball team. 

Bruce Davis was a former Head Coach for Varsity Volleyball at Hillsboro High School.  He is also the current Manger of Dick Shafer Ball Park.  Bruce is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and Miami University.  Mr. Davis  is active in the YMCA and the Hillsboro Rotary Club.

 Courtney Swope - Assistant Coach

Courtney Swope has been associated with the Southern State Athletic Dept. for several years, as well.  Courtney is Head Coach Bruce Davis' daughter.  She brings several year's experience to SSCC's volleyball program. 

Both Courtney and Bruce also work with the Athletic Dept in keeping stats and operating our score boards.
