Athletics

Southern State sponsors several athletic teams that compete at the state level in the Ohio Collegiate Athletic Conference and the national conference of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). These teams include men’s basketball and soccer, women’s basketball, softball, and volleyball. Southern State may award scholarships to student-athletes who participate in these sports.

STUDENT-ATHLETE INFO:

Physicals are due August 1.  You may pick up a form in the Athletic Department in the Central Campus Patriot Center.  Physicals can be obtained from HealthQuest or your own physician.  Contact the Athletic Dept. at 800.628.7722 x2697 or 2623.
