Are campuses open?
Through the Spring Semester, excluding observed holidays, campus hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and Fridays by appointment. Please follow the general safety guidelines while on campus.

Will I be able to attend athletic events or practices?
All SSCC athletic programs and related activities have been suspended for the 2020-2021 academic year.
Have PTK activities been cancelled?
All face-to-face PTK activities and meetings have been postponed until further notice. Face-to-face meetings may be revised to be conducted in a virtual environment. Please contact Susan Morris, PTK Advisor at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Will campus visits still be offered for individuals and groups?
Yes! If you would like to schedule visit, please Register for a Campus Visit. Campus visits are offered on all three of our campus locations; Brown County Campus; Mt. Orab, Central Campus; Hillsboro, and Fayette Campus; Washington Courthouse. In-person Campus visits for the Brown County Campuse are offered on Tuesdays, Central Campus visits are offered on Wednesdays, and Fayette Campus visits are offered on Thursdays. If you can't make it to one of our campuses, visits via Zoom are offered Monday - Thurday for any campus location. Will there be a graduation ceremony this year?
On Friday, May 7, Southern State Community College will hold a Cruise-In Commencement Celebration from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at SSCC's Central Campus parking lot in Hillsboro. The event will also be streamed via Facebook Live on our Southern State Community College Facebook page. A pre-recorded ceremony and reading of graduates' names will air on 98.1 AM radio station, beginning at 5:00pm. For more information visit the Graduation webpage.
