Beyond the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), here are some other forms and resources that may prove beneficial in your search for financial aid.
Unless noted as "Electronic", the forms are available as fillable PDF forms. After filling out the document, save the document to your computer, print, sign and submit to the Financial Aid Office via fax, email attachment or via U.S. mail.
Federal Financial Aid Forms
2022-2023 (Fall 2022, Spring 2023 and Summer 2023)
NOTE: For the remainder of the 2022-23 academic year, the U.S. Department of Education (ED) is waiving verification of income, taxes paid, number in household and in college, except for identity/Statement of Educational Purpose and high school completion status in Verification Tracking Groups V4 and V5. Financial Aid applicants should check their MyRecords portal for required financial aid documents.
