Tech Support

Tech Support serves as the primary technical resource for students and staff experiencing issues such as logging on, accessing MyRecords, MyMail, or MyBlackboard, or reporting technical issues.

To facilitate this support, we offer regular assistance during normal business hours on weekdays and then switch to “After Hours” mode where we offer a condensed level of service to support those attending evening classes and online. Please find specific information below.

Tech Support is located in room 403.03 at Central Campus and operates from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

After Hours Tech Support is located in room 403.03 at Central Campus and operates from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Thursday.

Submit a Service Ticket

Please click below if you prefer to submit a technology service ticket without the assistance of Tech Support.

You will be required to enter your SSCC username and password to access the ticketing system. Select “New Incident” after logging in and report your issue.
