How to Make a Change to Current Elections
Benefit changes due to a qualified life status event must be made within 30 days of the qualifying event date. If you have experienced any of the previously mentioned qualifying life status events, you will need to follow these steps:
- Log into Dayforce
- Navigate to the Forms section
- Locate and complete the "Life Event Declaration" form
- Submit all necessary verification documents
- Once approved, complete the "Life Event Enrollment"

**Please Note:** You will be required to provide documentation supporting your qualifying life status event. For example, for the Marriage life status event, you will need to provide a copy of your Marriage Certificate.
